Electrocycle can offer your organisation a secure data wiping and data destruction service to ensure that information stored on your hard drives, servers, laptops and other electrical storage media is permanently erased. We provide certificates of destruction as normal standard practice.
Electrocycle will arrange to collect the equipment direct from your premises at which point all the items are recorded for track and trace purposes. All data is then transported to a licensed site where it’s securely wiped and/or destroyed to MOD / CESG standards, guaranteeing that your confidential information will not find its way into the hands of an unauthorised third party. CESG is the government information assurance arm to the GCHQ (an intelligence and security organisation) and provides guidelines on the minimum data destruction values. In addition to the standard secure services, Electrocycle can also offer witness destruction services if required.
