Basically, EEE can be pretty much anything that has a plug on it or uses a battery. The WEEE legislation lists 10 Categories of Electrical and Electronic Equipment from household fridges to industrial equipment. Electrocycle can also arrange collections of electrical waste not covered in the EEE regulations such as spare parts, components and sub-assemblies. Click on one of the below categories to see what typical items we have arranged the collection and recycling of.
- Category 1 – Large household appliances
- Category 2 – Small household appliances
- Category 3 – IT & Telecommunications
- Category 4 – Consumer equipment
- Category 5 – Lighting equipment
- Category 6 – Electrical and electronic tools
- Category 7 – Toys, leisure and sports equipment
- Category 8 – Medical devices
- Category 9 – Monitoring and control devices
- Category 10 – Automatic dispensers
- Other equipment
To list everything we recycle would be an exhaustive list, so just because it’s not on there doesn’t mean we can’t take it. Use the Electrocycle online quote or call 0845 680 0668 for further information.
